ACCU-BREAK Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Appointment Of Lawrence Rosenthal, Former President Of Andrx Pharmaceuticals, Inc.

PLANTATION, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ACCU-BREAK Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“ABP” or the “Company”), announced today that Lawrence Rosenthal has been named Vice President of the Company and President of its wholly-owned subsidiary, ACCU-BREAK Generics, Inc. Previously, Mr. Rosenthal served as President of Andrx Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a subsidiary of Andrx Corporation, which was recently acquired by Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NYSE:WPI). Mr. Rosenthal has also been Vice President, Sales and Marketing of Teva Pharmaceuticals, Inc. USA (NASDAQ:TEVA). He is a long standing member of the Board of Directors of the Generic Pharmaceutical Association.
