Nanobac Life Sciences, Inc. Names Grant D. Carlson President And COO

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 2005--Nanobac Life Sciences, Inc. (OTCBB:NNBP) ("Nanobac" or "the Company") today announced the promotion of Grant D. Carlson from Vice President, Business Development to President and Chief Operating Officer effective immediately. Mr. Carlson will now have day-to-day operational responsibility for Nanobac's in vitro diagnostics, dietary supplement, and drug discovery businesses.
