GeneExpression Systems, Inc. Hosts Third International RNAi-2005-Boston Conference

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 4, 2005--GeneExpression Systems, Inc. a leading producer of focused conferences and a biotech company will host its Third International "RNAi-2005-Boston" meeting at Doubletree Guest Suites, 550 Winter Street, Waltham, MA on May 1-3, 2005. This is the most comprehensive RNA Interference Technology conference that examines the recent business and scientific updates in the RNAi field.
This year two Inaugural speakers, Dr. Sidney Altman, 1989 Nobel laureate in Chemistry from Yale University and Dr. Marshall Nirenberg, 1968 Nobel laureate in Medicine from the National Institutes of Health, will be honored with "Life-Time Achievement Awards." In addition, "RNAi innovator" and "microRNAs innovator Awards" will be given to keynote speakers Dr. Roland Plasterk of the Netherlands and Dr. David Bartel of Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Dr. Barry Polisky, CSO from Sirna Therapeutics, Boulder, CO is the industry keynote speaker.
