BELLINGHAM, Wash., Dec. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Advanced Global Industries Corporation announced today that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of Synova Healthcare, Inc. of Media, PA.
Synova has developed a non-invasive medical diagnostic test for women to determine the onset of specific medical conditions. The products will improve human health and quality of life by providing early and accurate awareness of these medical conditions.
