Stratagene Announces Second Quarter 2005 Earnings Release Date And Conference Call

LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 25, 2005--Stratagene Corporation (Nasdaq:STGN), today announced that it will release second quarter financial results on Tuesday, August 9, 2005 after the market close. The Company will also host a conference call and webcast on Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time to discuss the Company's second quarter results, outlook for the remainder of 2005, and current corporate developments. The dial-in number for the conference call is 800-218-8862 for domestic participants and 303-262-2211 for international participants.
