ZOLL Medical Corporation (ZOLL) and GS GmbH (Corpuls) Form Licensing Agreement to Incorporate ZOLL's Real CPR Help in Corpuls Defibrillators

CHELMSFORD, Mass. & KAUFERING, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ZOLL Medical Corporation and GS Elektromedizinische Geraete G. Stemple GmbH, marketing defibrillators under the corpuls brand, announced today that they have concluded a licensing agreement allowing corpuls to incorporate ZOLL’s Real CPR Help® feedback technology into corpuls devices to help their customers improve CPR quality. corpuls customers will be able to receive real-time feedback while providing CPR, helping to ensure performance meets the recommended guidelines for depth, rate, release, and minimal interruptions. In addition, corpuls devices will be able to record CPR performance for post event review and debriefing of rescuers, important capabilities for quality assurance and quality improvements in resuscitation outcomes.
