YaFarm Technologies Updates on World Class Lab in ISCI Stem Cell Center

PITTSTON, ME--(Marketwire - March 05, 2013) - YaFarm Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: YFRM) (YaFarm, or the Company) announced today that the Integrative Stem Cell Institute (ISCI) has made significant progress on the construction of its World Class Lab in the ISCI Stem Cell Center in Cancun, Mexico. On February 8, 2013 YaFarm Technologies, Inc. announced that the Integrative Stem Cell Institute (ISCI), a premier provider of point-of-care, stem cell-based therapies, had initiated design and development of a new, world-class cell processing and culture laboratory in Cancun, Mexico. The ISCI is pleased to inform shareholders that progress on the class 10,000, ISO 7 clean room for the processing of autologous, mesenchymal cells for point-of-care therapies is ahead of schedule.

"The construction of the laboratory and clean room space is moving faster than anticipated," says David Audley, CEO of the ISCI. "Not only is the construction ahead of schedule, we believe we are setting a new industry standard." Mr. Audley continued, "The state-of-the-art facility has been specifically designed for sustainability. In addition, we have utilized green technologies and locally sourced materials to maximize environmental efficiency."

The laboratory space combines 'green' capability with the most advanced technology available to create an unparalleled scientific environment for clinical translation. "The resources available to the ISCI," continues Mr. Audley, "From barcode scanning to flow cytometry to advanced cellular imaging systems are leaps and bounds beyond what the typical regenerative medicine clinic has today." The ISCI is also unique in its use of cell preservation where a patient's own stem cell, once separated from the tissue, can be cyro-preserved (or banked) for later use.

The ISCI expects construction of the facility to end ahead of schedule and plans to open the new facility in mid April.

"The laboratory and clean room," continues Mr. Audley, "Are exceptional. They will be the benchmark against which every other facility will be judged."
