Xylitol Canada Announces Resignation of Chief Executive Officer

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2016) - Xylitol Canada Inc. ("Xylitol Canada", or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:XYL) announced today that Andrew Reid has resigned from his duties as President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of the Company, effective immediately. The Board of Directors has initiated a search process to identify an appropriate replacement for Mr. Reid as President and Chief Executive Officer.
