RICHMOND, BC, April 16 /CNW/ - Xillix Technologies Corp. (TSX: XLX - News) today announced the appointment of a new board of directors consisting of David L. Tonken, Gregory B. Matthews, Roderick W. Kirkham and Dr. Ian Forrester. The Board appointed Mr. Tonken as Chief Executive Officer and President and Mr. Matthews as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary.
The Company is subject to an order of the Court which provides protection under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act.
Xillix Technologies Corp. is a Canadian medical device company and the world leader in fluorescence endoscopy for improved cancer detection.
