Winston Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Formerly Getting Ready Corporation) Commences Trading under New Name and Stock Symbol

VERNON HILLS, ILL.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Winston Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (formerly known as Getting Ready Corporation) (the “Company”), the parent company of Winston Laboratories, Inc., announced that effective January 16, 2009 the Company’s common stock would begin trading on the OTC Bulletin Board as Winston Pharmaceuticals, Inc. under the new stock symbol “WPHM,” and that quotations of the Company’s common stock will no longer be available under the old “GTRY” stock symbol. The Company also announced that beginning tomorrow, all quotations of the Company’s common stock on the OTC Bulletin Board will reflect the Company’s eight-to-one reverse stock split.
