Waters Corporation Opens Subsidiaries In Malaysia

New operations for the Waters and TA Instruments set to start on October 5, 2015

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT) today announced the opening of a new office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to more effectively supply all Waters products and services to customers directly.

Effective October 5, 2015, all sales, service, support and distribution of Waters and TA Instrument technologies will be performed by Waters Analytical Instruments Sdn. To manage the newly created subsidiary Waters Analytical Instruments Sdn. Bhd., the company also announced the appointment of Krishna Kodoth as General Manager, Malaysia, focusing on Waters branded technologies and services.

With 11 years in sales and management positions, Mrs. Jasmine Keller Ooi has been appointed the TA Instruments Country Manager with responsibility for both Singapore and Malaysia.
