SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Washington Biotechnology & Biomedical Association (WBBA) announced today that WINGS, The Washington Medical Technology Angel Network, has appointed medical technology veterans Kirby L. Cramer and Wayne C. Wager as Co-Chairmen of its board of directors. Mr. Cramer is a professional corporate director specializing in strategic planning and has extensive experience in preparing companies for public offerings and corporate acquisitions. Mr. Wager has more than thirty years of venture capital and operational experience focusing on early stage healthcare and medical device companies. WINGS, a joint initiative with the WBBA and the medical technology community, was formed in January 2010.
