(TSX: WNX) announced today that Mr. Erik Yelle, Vice President, Operations of Warnex Analytical Services Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Warnex Inc., has left the Company to pursue other interests. The Company does not intend to fill Mr. Yelle's position in the near term and Mr. Mark Busgang, President & CEO of Warnex, will assume Mr. Yelle's responsibilities.
