Vital Signs Inc. Announces Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

TOTOWA, N.J., June 11, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Vital Signs, Inc. (Nasdaq:VITL) today announced the promotion of Alex Chanin to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Chanin will be responsible for managing operations of the subsidiaries and will retain his duties as Chief Information officer. He will report to Terry Wall, CEO.
