Visible Minorities Struggle to Advance in Corporate Canada

Canada's workforce may be diverse, but it's not inclusive, according to a new national survey billed as the largest conducted on career satisfaction and advancement of visible minorities in corporate Canada. Visible minorities experience lower levels of career satisfaction than their white/Caucasian colleagues, said the report, Career Advancement in Corporate Canada: A Focus on Visible Minorities, undertaken by Catalyst Canada and the Diversity Institute in Management and Technology at Ryerson University.
