(Nasdaq:VSAR), an endocrine-focused biopharmaceutical company that is developing a novel, long-acting form of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) for the treatment of growth hormone deficiency (GHD), today announced it will hold a conference call and webcast on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. ET.

During the call, Versartis management will discuss the design of the VRS-317 Phase 3 clinical trial for pediatric GHD patients in the U.S., Western Europe and Canada, the Phase 2/3 study in Japan and provide a financial and business update of the Company.
