Verastem, Inc. (NASDAQ:VSTM), focused on discovering and developing drugs to treat cancer by the targeted killing of cancer stem cells, announced that it will ring the Closing Bell at the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square, New York City, on Thursday, July 10, 2014, at 4:00 p.m. ET.

The Closing Bell ceremony will take place immediately following the conclusion of the Company’s annual Research and Development Day. A live webcast of the NASDAQ Closing Bell will be available starting at 3:45 p.m. ET at http://new.livestream.com/nasdaq/live.
