Veeva Systems Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Veeva Systems Inc., a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the global life sciences industry, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will act as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities LLC, Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated, BMO Capital Markets Corp., and Canaccord Genuity Inc. will act as co-managers. Veeva intends to apply to have its common stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “VEEV.”

A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective.
