Varian Medical Systems (VAR) Schedules Annual Stockholder Meeting in Palo Alto

PALO ALTO, Calif., Dec. 3, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Varian Medical Systems (NYSE: VAR) announced today that its Board of Directors has scheduled the 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for February 14, 2013 with a record date of December 18, 2012. The meeting will be held at the company's headquarters located at 3100 Hansen Way, Palo Alto, CA 94304 at 4:30 p.m. PT.
