(NasdaqGS: VARI) plans to release its fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2009 financial results after 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) on Wednesday, November 4, 2009. Due to its pending acquisition by Agilent Technologies, Inc., the company will not be holding an investor conference call to review those results.
