has named Valentino Trubiani, Senior Partner at TSG Capital, Washington,
D.C., as director, joining Paul Zuromski, Chairman and President, and
Allison Cohen on the Board.
In his more than 12 years with TSG Capital, Mr. Trubiani has structured
financing solutions utilizing the firm's proprietary Caesar Fund, providing
debt-based funding for innovative, credit-worthy companies and consistent
value for the Fund's members. Mr. Trubiani earned his MBA at Vanderbilt
University's Graduate School of Management.
