ALISO VIEJO, Calif., May 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Valeant Pharmaceuticals International (NYSE: VRX) today announced that effective May 26, 2010, the company completed its acquisition of Aton Pharma, Inc., a specialty pharmaceutical company focused on ophthalmology and certain orphan drug indications, located in Lawrenceville, New Jersey.
