University Of Montreal And Validapro BioSciences Inc. Have Signed An Agreement-In-Principle

Université de Montréal and Validapro Biosciences Inc. have signed an agreement-in-principle to ensure the valorization and the operation under cGMP standards of the biotherapeutic manufacturing unit located at the Faculty of veterinary medicine in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec, Canada, for human and veterinary clinical use.

Validapro Biosciences Inc. via its division Laborium Biopharma will utilize the clinical scale bioproduction site for research and development projects as well as for commercial applications.

This agreement demonstrates the will of Validapro Biosciences Inc. to pursue its corporative growth strategy by the development of its Global Services Center to meet the needs of the Life Sciences industry. This represents phase 2 of the creation of its clinical biomanufacturing unit operating under the strictest regulatory requirements. Through this agreement, Université de Montréal as well as its researchers and partners, get access to these services meeting the international standards.
