University Of Denver Libraries Select Yewno Discover Research Application

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Yewno, Inc., announced today that The University of Denver Libraries have selected the Yewno Discover research application to support the explorative and interdisciplinary search needs of its campus.

“We are excited to be entering a new phase in Yewno’s journey. It is thrilling to see the impact our Yewno Discover research application has on filling unmet knowledge discovery needs in research and education by enabling visual exploration of richer concepts and a deeper understanding of context - as the only product in the market that helps students and researchers understand the relationships between topics,” said Yewno CEO and Founder, Ruggero Gramatica. “The selection of Yewno by thought-leaders like the University of Denver validates that libraries are critically important in supporting these needs for users. We are overwhelmed by the adoption and interest coming from all types of schools - large research libraries, smaller libraries with smaller collections, teaching focused institutions, and now also high schools.”

“Yewno Discover allows us to better support an important part of the research process where early stage exploration and brainstorming play a big role in framing questions and developing hypotheses. We can continue to provide this help and guidance in person, and now we can additionally provide it with this research tool,” said Michael Levine Clark, Dean of the University of Denver Libraries. “We still see value in providing access to library resources through a discovery system, but Yewno Discover will be a valuable supplement for many students and researchers because it will help them make connections between concepts they wouldn’t have caught on their own. This will help our libraries serve many who would not have come to us otherwise.”
