SCHAFFHAUSEN, Switzerland, May 2, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE: TYC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share, payable on August 22, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 27, 2012.
