Truth the Best Policy When Job Hunting

Companies put little faith in CVs according to recruitment company Robert Half International. The study questioned 5,098 managers across 17 countries about whether CVs were trustworthy. In New Zealand 64 percent said they were not. The survey found job candidates are most likely to exaggerate the real content of their former jobs.
