Tripos International Completes Acquisition of Pharsight Corporation
ST. LOUIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tripos International, the leading provider of drug discovery informatics products and services, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Pharsight Corporation, a leader in software, strategic and regulatory services designed to optimize clinical drug development. The transaction, valued at approximately $57 million, moves Pharsight into the Tripos portfolio.
