Top Executive Joins Caliber Imaging & Diagnostics

ROCHESTER, N.Y., Jan. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Caliber Imaging & Diagnostics, Inc., (Caliber I.D.) formerly Lucid, Inc. (OTBB: LCDX) announced today that Utica, NY native, Rick Stathes, has joined Caliber Imaging & Diagnostics, Inc. as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Stathes has over 25 years of executive experience with technology driven companies, including American Aerogel Corporation, Conseco Insurance, Centennial Technologies, PSC Inc. and Hewlett Packard Company, is a Veteran of the United States Air Force and has his BS degree in Business from Utica College of Syracuse University.

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Stathes will focus on opening new channels of distribution, building customer support infrastructure, expanding the sales force, targeting new applications for the technology, and creating more awareness of the technology in domestic and international markets. Additionally, he is looking forward to developing relationships with academic centers to increase adoption of the technology in research and clinical applications through accredited training programs.
