TomoTherapy Says Files for Secondary Offering of 8.5 M Shares
Sept 21 (Reuters) - TomoTherapy Inc (TTPY.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said it filed with U.S. regulators for a proposed secondary offering of 8.5 million shares by certain selling shareholders.
The company, which develops and sells radiation treatment for cancer, said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.
