Thermo Fisher Scientific Prices Offering Of Euro-Denominated Senior Notes

WALTHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (NYSE: TMO) announced today that it has priced an offering of €500 million aggregate principal amount of 2.150% Senior Notes due 2022 at an issue price of 99.788% of the principal amount. The issuance of the notes is expected to close on or about July 21, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions. The notes will pay interest on an annual basis. Thermo Fisher plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
