The new kit now features an improved protocol and buffers that result in high yield of functional antigens using less antibodies (2-10 ?g). The irreversible attachment of the antibody and mild elution procedures not only minimizes antibody contamination in the eluted sample but it also allows the resin to be reused multiple times.
