WSJ -- As bloggers including Michael Crehan and Spencer Cutter recently noted, having extensive work experience on a resume doesn’t always mean quickly landing another job. Some employers are hesitant to hire job seekers with too much experience because they fear they’ll jump ship once the economy turns around, writes WSJ’s Jane Porter. To seem like more of a fit, many are scaling back their resumes to compete for desired positions.
