The Department of Veterans Affairs Orders New Drug Protocols in Wake of Chantix Debate

ABC -- The Department of Veterans Affairs promised today to review drug protocols for combat veterans with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. The Secretary of the VA, James Peake, appeared before Congress today to answer questions about why his administration continued to recruit veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan for studies of pharmaceutical drugs linked to suicide and other violent side-effects. The controversial tests were the subject of an ABC News/ Washington Times investigation last month.
