The Board of Directors of Biotie Therapies Corp. has Approved Three Year Incentive Plans for Employees

The Board of Directors of Biotie Therapies Corp. has approved two new share- based incentive plans for the Group employees for awards to be made in the period 2014 to 2016 to follow-on from the current incentive plans under which awards have been made in the period 2011 to 2013; the Stock Option Plan 2014 for its European employees and the Equity Incentive Plan 2014 for its US employees (together the Plans).
