Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited Comments on Generic Evista(R) Preliminary Injunction
JERUSALEM--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Nasdaq: TEVA) announced today that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana has granted Eli Lilly’s motion for a preliminary injunction related to Teva's abbreviated new drug application to market its generic version of Evista® Tablets. Teva plans to appeal the decision.
