Teleflex Incorporated Moving HQ to Tredyffrin, Potential Workforce Growth

Teleflex Inc. is moving its headquarters to Chester County early next year, consolidating workers from its current home office in Limerick and most of its operations in Reading. The medical device company has signed a long-term lease for 84,000 square feet in CrossPoint at Valley Forge, a two-building complex at 530 and 580 E. Swedesford Road in Tredyffrin. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the landlord. CBRE Inc. represented Teleflex. About 160 employees will move to the Swedesford Road offices. In the new space, the workforce has the ability to grow to 200, said Jake Elguicze, treasurer and vice president of investor relations. Teleflex will continue to operate one of its sites in the Reading area. The headquarters in Limerick "is not representative of the new company we have become," Elguicze said. In addition, "we are consolidating our facility footprint and management costs."
