Take a Peek Into Takeda's Spanking New HQ in Massachusetts
More than eight years after acquiring Millenium Pharmaceuticals, Japanese drug giant Takeda is settling into a new 230,000-square-foot space in Cambridge that aims to consolidate employees who have previously been scattered around the city.
Construction of the six-floor building at 300 Massachusetts Ave. began in October 2013, and doors officially opened this April. Takeda also occupies space on nearby Landsdowne St. and has more than 2,000 total employees in the state.
