Synageva BioPharma (GEVA) to Present at Upcoming Investor Conferences

LEXINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Synageva BioPharma Corp. (“Synageva”) (NASDAQ:GEVA), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing therapeutic products for rare disorders, today announced that Mark Goldberg, M.D., Senior Vice President, Medical and Regulatory Affairs, will present at the Piper Jaffray Healthcare Conference in New York City on Wednesday, November 28th, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. EST. On the following day, Carsten Boess, Chief Financial Officer, will present at the J.P. Morgan SMid Cap Conference on Thursday, November 29, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. EST in New York City.
