Swissray Files Federal Action To Protect Trade Secrets And Obtains Temporary Restraint Against Imaging Dynamics Company, Ltd.

ELIZABETH, N.J., Nov. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Swissray International, Inc. , a pioneer and worldwide leader in design, manufacturing and marketing of direct digital radiography ("ddR") technology, has filed a federal complaint in the Eastern District of New York to prevent the misappropriation of its proprietary information, including trade secrets, by former high level sales official Ricky Spordone and Imaging Dynamics Company, Ltd. (TSX: IDL), Spordone's new employer. On Friday, November 19, 2004, Swissray obtained a temporary restraint to prevent IDC from using Swissray's confidential and proprietary information while Swissray pursues appropriate legal remedies in court.
