Sweden's Capio Diagnostics Agrees to Buy Unilabs SA; Makes Buyout Offer
URICH (Thomson Financial) - Capio Diagnostics of Sweden said it has agreed to buy Unilabs and will make an offer for the outstanding shares.
It has received undertakings from the majority shareholders, among them Unilabs' CEO Edgard Zwirn, to sell 50.08 pct of the voting rights and 38.10 pct of the capital, for 282 mln sfr.
