SSF's Calithera Biosciences, Inc. Prices IPO At $10 A Share, Below The Range
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., Oct. 2, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Calithera Biosciences, Inc. (Nasdaq:CALA), a clinical-stage pharmaceutical company, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $10.00 per share. The common stock of Calithera Biosciences, Inc. has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market and is expected to begin trading under the ticker symbol "CALA" on October 2, 2014. All of the common stock is being offered by Calithera Biosciences, Inc. In addition, Calithera Biosciences, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,200,000 additional shares of common stock.
