Spectranetics Corporation Intends To Offer Approximately $43 Million Of Its Common Stock
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., April 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Spectranetics Corporation announced today that it intends to offer an aggregate of approximately $43 million of its common stock. Spectranetics also intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase approximately $6.5 million of additional common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
Jefferies & Company, Inc. will be the sole book runner and lead managing underwriter. First Albany Capital Inc. will be the co-lead manager, and Montgomery & Co., LLC and Rodman & Renshaw, LLC will be acting as co-managers for the offering.
