Sparton Corporation To Buy Some Assets Of Medical Devices Maker Delphi Medical Systems Corporation In Deal Worth $8 Million
July 12 (Reuters) - Electromechanical device maker Sparton Corp (SPA.N) said it will acquire some assets of Delphi Medical Systems' contract manufacturing business for about $8 million in cash to expand into the therapeutic devices market.
