Sobi CEO Invests In 2015 LTI Programme And Divests A Portion Of Incentive Shares

On 25 September Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ)'s (Sobi) CEO Geoffrey McDonough purchased 34,000 Sobi shares as part of the company's 2015 CEO long-term incentive programme. The programme requires that the CEO make an investment in common shares in Sobi for an amount of 4 MSEK which are subject to a 3 year lock-up period. Geoffrey McDonough also divested 78,500 of the shares he holds in Sobi. The sale was made in order to cover the estimated US tax due for the company's 2012 long-term incentive programme which vested in June 2015. The CEO now holds a total of 774,923 shares in the company.
