Envisia Therapeutics Debuts with $25 Million Series A Financing

Skyline Medical Inc., which makes a medical-waste-disposal system for surgeries, is unveiling a new version of the system to build on sales momentum sparked partly by a giant competitor’s product recall. The Eagan-based company’s Streamway System is a wall-mounted device hooked up to a hose that sucks up bodily fluids during surgical procedures. The system shuttles medical waste directly down a drain.
