Sick Kids Hospital Program Mentors Youth to Consider Pursuing Career in Medical Research

researchers from Sick Kids have gone out to speak to schools for free and bring hands-on experiments – even white mice – to help students get excited about science. "Too many kids have the stereotype that scientists are all crazy old middle-aged white guys," said Dr. Lisa Robinson, a leading researcher in white blood cell biology, "but in fact we have women and men from all ethnicities.
