Shuanglong Tonghua Chemical Co., Ltd Acquires Jinbao Pharma For $178 Million

February 21, 2014 -- Tonghua Shuanglong Chemical will pay 1.1 billion RMB ($178.2 million) to acquire Jinbao Pharmaceutical Co., in a deal that combines cash and stock. Jinbao is a TCM company. Shuanglong explained that its existing business is entirely dependent on sales of silica products and felt a need to diversify. More details....
