Sentigen Holding Corp. Announces Annual Results

PHILLIPSBURG, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 2005--Sentigen Holding Corp. (NasdaqSC: SGHL), today reported results for the year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2004. On February 22, 2005 we sold the Specialty Media Division of our wholly-owned subsidiary, Cell & Molecular Technologies, Inc. ("CMT") to Chemicon International, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Serologicals Corporation (Nasdaq: SERO). As such the annual results of this division have been accounted for as discontinued operations.
