SeaSpine Announces $30 Million Credit Facility With Wells Fargo Capital Finance

CARLSBAD, Calif., Dec. 28, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- SeaSpine Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:SPNE), a global medical technology company focused on surgical solutions for the treatment of spinal disorders, announced today that it has signed a three-year credit facility with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, with the option to extend for a fourth year. The facility provides up to $30 million in borrowing capacity based on specified accounts receivable and inventory levels.
