When SCORR’s ratings were weighed against those from a comparison survey of nearly 100 drug development services companies, SCORR outperformed other agencies on all key performance indicators such as overall satisfaction, marketing strategy, marketing expertise, client service, bid turnaround time and timelines.

Survey results indicated than 100 percent of respondents felt SCORR was competitive on all selection criteria mentioned, such as bid turnaround time, overall timeliness, quality, project management and accuracy, and that all respondents were mostly to completely satisfied with SCORR services overall.
